The Anchors A-Weigh program offers FREE exercise sessions for the public throughout the summer at Big Four Station Park.

Sessions begin Monday, June 6 and continue until Thursday, Aug 25.

Sessions begin at 6 pm daily, Yoga is at 7 pm.

Tue: Dance Mix – René Eckstein
Wed: Pound – Michelle Cavanaugh
Thur: PiYo – Sue Padgett
Thur: Yoga – Denise Ingle

There will also be a Pure Barre pop-up on Saturday, May 21 at 10 am. Hosted by Meredith Kraft & Pure Barre New Albany.
