Do I need a reservation?
If you’re renting a park shelter & you’d like to ensure the following, YES you need a reservation:
* Use of restrooms; they will be unlocked for your reservation times.
* Cleaning of restrooms & fresh trash bags.
* Guarantee and secure my date.
* May need some electrical use. (please note this in your reservation)
* Ensure no one else outside my party can use the reserved area.
If you are not using a park shelter & do not need the things listed above, NO, a reservation is not needed.
*If you do not need any of the things listed above, there’s no need to make a reservation and parks are considered first come first served unless reserved. To see parks that are always open to public use, select the drop down list above under ‘non-rentable parks’.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We ask that you make reservations at least 2 weeks prior to the date needed. This to help ensure we have the proper staffing to help clean, prep, and monitor the reservation (if needed).
When is payment due?
Payment is due 1 week prior to the reservation date. You can pay prior to that if desired, or in partial payments- but the full amount is due 1 week (7 days) prior.
Can I cancel if I change my mind or something happens?
*If you have not paid:
Yes, you can cancel any time if you have not made payment.
*If you have paid:
If you cancel a week before the reservation date, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
*What if it’s the week of my reservation and I can’t make it?
You may either change the date of your reservation to a different date in the future OR receive a partial refund of 50% of your full payment.
*What if may reservation came, weather interfered, and I couldn’t use the shelter?
We do not give refunds due to inclement weather after the reservation has passed. If you feel it may be bad weather on your upcoming reservation, please call us and change the reservation date ahead of time, or cancel it to ensure you’re able to get a refund. If you call after the reservation has passed, we can not give you a refund. Previously paid dates funds are not transferable to new ones.
Can I have bouncy houses/slides at the park I reserve?
Yes, however- please note that no stakes or in ground ties may be used to secure the bouncy equipment as it could puncture irrigation lines. Please have them use sandbags or weights.
