Henry Lansden Park

Henry Lansden Park is located in the northwest area of Jeffersonville. It is bordered by the Claysburg neighborhood, and Spring Hill Elementary School. It is home to the annual Claysburg Heritage Days Festival.

Henry Lansden Park was dedicated July 25, 1992 in honor of Henry Lansden who served as a park board member under three administrations. In recognition of his many years of service to the community, the park formerly called Spring Hill was renamed in his honor.

Shelter Reservations

The Jeffersonville Parks and Recreation Department has several shelters which can be used for neighborhood meetings, family reunions, graduation celebrations, birthday parties, team gatherings and much more. Click here for a complete list of parks with Shelter rentals.

Reservations are accepted Monday – Friday 8:30-4:00. Payment is due at the time of reservation and all rentals require 2 week advance notice. All rules and regulations of the shelter apply and are subject to requested availability.

Henry Lansden Park Gazebo can be reserved for the hourly rate of $60.00 per hour plus tax. Please contact the Jeffersonville Parks Department for availability.
