The Place for Family Fun

In many cities, there are people who have given themselves to make their world and community a better place to live. The City of Jeffersonville would like to honor these distinguished individuals and recognize their achievements on the City’s Home of Champions Wall located at Big Four Station in downtown Jeffersonville. We trust residents and visitors will view these inductees as people worth of emulation.

The Home of Champions Committee is composed of designated City employees and community leaders. Inductees will be chosen by this committee every four years from applications received from the public. A formal induction ceremony will be held every four years as part of the Steamboat Nights Festival.

**Applications are available below and in the Jeffersonville Parks and Recreation Department office. The submission deadline for consideration is June 1st, and nominees will be notified by August 1, 2026. A nominee will be considered every four years.

The committee is looking for contributions and achievements which reflect positively on the City of Jeffersonville. Please explain how the nominee's experience(s) included others in the community or contributed to the well-being of society. Be sure to include background and historical information, accomplishments, and a brief narrative on outcomes and added value. Supporting documents such as; newspaper clippings, magazine articles, etc. are helpful.
