Jeff Parks Summer Camp

Join us for a fun-filled summer! Jeff Parks Summer Camp will run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and will be available to 5-12yr old’s. Each week our campers will have a field trip and will swim at the Jeffersonville Aquatic Center. Our camp is designed to build lasting friendships, create new experiences, learn about health and wellness, and overall having fun!

Monday-Friday 
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Drop-off/Pick up will be at each individual location.
We will have a touch-free drop-off and pick-up. Parents will remain in their cars.

Drop off from 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Camp Activities: 9:00 am to 3:30pm
Pick up: 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 8TH @ 10 am.

 

What’s Included In My Fee:

* Weekly Swimming.
* Weekly field trip.
* Breakfast, lunch, and a snack will be provided each day.
* A week of fun activities including but not limited to: sports, crafts, and games!

Camper will need:

  • Water Bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Swimsuit, towel, and sandals (on swim days)
  • Optional: snacks/lunch if they have food allergies or special dietary needs.

Registration

Registration:

Registration opened April 8th at 10:00am EST! & We’re getting a new software! Please make sure you have a REC account with us to make registration go smoothly.

Make sure you are registering for the correct week and age group. On the programs page, it is broken down by age, then by week. As a part of our safety protocols, we will be using 2 buildings to house our campers. 5-7yr old’s will have camp at the Nachand Fieldhouse and 8-12yr old’s will have camp at the Envision Center. Drop off and pickup will be done at each individual facility.

At the time of registration, there will be 2 options for payment. You can pay the full price upfront or put down a deposit for each week selected of 20% ($18.00 per week). The remaining balance will be due the Thursday before each week starts.

Please note that once you have registered, you will then be emailed a reminder to fill out a mandatory health form for each camper. Please get this back to us preferably before camp starts, or bring it on the first day your child attends.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are unable to attend a week for which you were registered, simply notify us one week before the start of that session to receive a full refund of all payments made. In order to plan appropriately for the staff, supplies, and capacities, it is critical we can accurately anticipate enrollment and attendance. If you do not contact us in advance, we will unable to provide a credit/refund for any fees paid for that week.

To see your receipts for each week if needed, please go to your profile and under ‘Bookings’ you should see both upcoming and past. You can then select the week applicable and view, download, or print your receipt.

If you want to cancel for a specific week, please email us at parksinfo@cityofjeff.net and let us know the child’s name and what specific week you’re canceling for. Otherwise, if you should need to cancel for the entire program, you may do so through your profile.
